Key Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with cyber-focused candidates, providing them with timely updates throughout the recruitment process and highlighting the benefits of joining our client's organisation.
  2. End-to-End Cyber Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial brief to offer, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent within the shortest timeframe possible.
  3. Hiring Manager Advisory: Offer guidance to hiring managers on identifying top cyber talent, bridging the gap between candidate expectations and the organisation's offerings.
  4. Cyber Sourcing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement a sourcing strategy aligned with the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  5. Lead Generation: Utilise various platforms and job boards to understand candidate behaviour and identify potential talent.
  6. Employer Brand Promotion: Promote our client's organisation by showcasing their vacancies and brand to drive interest and traffic.
  7. Talent Pool Management: Identify suitable candidates for current vacancies while building and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end cyber talent acquisition, either in-house or within an agency.
  • A passion for innovative recruitment techniques and sourcing methods to attract top cyber talent.
  • Proficiency in various sourcing tools, HR systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term networks.
