We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Professional to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to drive business growth through strategic talent acquisition and development.

As a Talent Acquisition and Development Professional, you will be responsible for leading recruitment processes, facilitating on-boarding, and overseeing staff exits to maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new employees through effective on-boarding processes.
  • Oversee staff exits to maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to line managers on employee issues and performance management.
  • Drive culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Manage reward benefits and oversee health and safety for the team.
  • Support training initiatives by managing appraisals and identifying staff training needs.
  • Produce quarterly HR KPI reports to inform business decisions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in HR operations, knowledge of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and policy management.

A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus benefits, including hybrid working, free parking, and many more perks, makes this a compelling opportunity for the right candidate.
