Regulatory Compliance Support Specialist

Our client, a prominent Utilities company based in Warwick, is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Support Specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely two days a week, fostering a perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.
This dynamic position involves working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, handling health and safety-related incidents via phone and email, and accurately recording details into National Grid's Incident Management System.
- Responsibilities include receiving and processing health and safety incidents from internal customers through various channels.
- Accurate recording of incident details in line with INV1 and HSE requirements within the Incident Management database.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, engaging with callers to ensure accurate interpretation, transcription, and input of incident details into databases.
- A flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of the business's Health and Safety obligations is crucial for success in this role.
- Demonstrated data input skills with high speed and accuracy are essential.
- The successful candidate will also support training initiatives across the wider business.
$30,000 - $40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits. This salary estimate reflects the company's competitive offering, taking into account the location and industry standards.
