Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide critical support in furtherance of our company's operations. The successful candidate will administer and oversee compliance programs, review contracts, and deliver general legal assistance to advance our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer insurance agent/agency licensing compliance program, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support contract review and management, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide critical support during disputes, litigation, and regulatory complaints, maintaining a collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification with 3+ years of relevant business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with administrative filings is preferred.
  • Litigation experience is valued but not required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and research skills.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in word processing and Excel.
  • A collaborative mindset with good judgment and a 'can-do' attitude.
Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health plans, life insurance, and wellness programs. We also offer generous vacation time, telecommuting, and flexible schedule arrangements.
