Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs at a lovely school near Burnley.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require personal care and support. Although experience in a school setting is preferred, any experience supporting individuals with complex needs will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist with personal care tasks as required
  • Support the teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Ability to administer personal care and support students with complex needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
