Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to make a positive impact on children's learning.

Salary: £13,250 - £14,600 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for children who need additional help.
  • Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
  • Help children develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.
  • Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2 pupils. A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent).
