Supportive Learning Partner

Salary: £13,250 - £14,600 per annum (dependent on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for children who need additional help.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
- Help children develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2 pupils. A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent).
