Supporting Student Learning

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning, addressing individual needs and abilities.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and respect among students.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources.
- A degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on primary education.
- A minimum of 9 months' experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- An understanding of child development theories and practices, with knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
