FCC Environment is looking for a Senior Operations Lead to join their team.

As the Senior Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing engineering teams across the region. The salary for this role is approximately £52,000 per annum, plus company car and benefits. You can expect to work an average of 47.75 hours per week, with one 6 hour Saturday morning per month.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in engineering management and take on new challenges. If you have experience in leading teams and managing projects, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has a passion for engineering.
