Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering function across four quarry sites and three engineering workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the health and safety of staff, contractors, and visitors to site.
  • Minimise the effect of the engineering function on the environment.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects within the annual budget.
Requirements
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of all types of quarrying plant.
  • At least five years of management experience in a Quarry or similar industrial facility.
  • A minimum QCF 6/NVQ4 in Extractives Management or willingness to study for it.
  • Preferred: Qualified Electrician or extensive electrical knowledge.
