About the Role

FCC Environment is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing projects from start to finish.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Developing and implementing engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £52,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company car and benefits package.

As an Engineering Manager at FCC Environment, you can expect to work 47.75 hours per week, including one 6-hour Saturday morning per month. We are flexible with start and finish times, as long as they fall within the 6am to 5pm Monday to Friday timeframe.
