About This RoleThis fulfilling position involves providing essential care, encouragement, and support to children in a residential setting.
We are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our established team in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality care and personalised support to children with learning disabilities.
- Assisting with personal care needs in a respectful and professional manner.
- Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to maintain a structured environment.
- Supporting the implementation of care plans tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Ensuring safeguarding policies and best practices are followed at all times.
- Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with children who have learning disabilities is essential.
- Confidence and ability to provide personal care.
- Flexibility to work long shifts and sleep-ins as required.
Estimated Salary: £26,700 per annum (£12.40 per hour), plus additional pay for sleep-ins.
