As a Flexible Support Practitioner, you'll cover shifts to ensure continuity of service during periods of annual leave, training, or sickness, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Our bank contracts allow you to manage your availability and work around your commitments, earning an estimated £18-20 per hour (£36,000 - £40,000 per year). You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to refine your skills and confidence.
