Key Responsibilities:

As Spa & Membership Manager at Bulgari Hotel London, you will report to the Spa Director and be responsible for establishing an exclusive membership base. You will build strong guest relations and manage an effective retention programme, driving and delivering hotel brand standards.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and deliver outstanding five-star guest service in Spa sales & reservations and fitness areas.
  • Train, guide, and mentor colleagues in each department to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Drive membership sales, maximising opportunities and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in accordance with the business plan.
  • Manage the revenue of all business centres in the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and sales in the Spa reservations department.
  • Oversee the management of spa group bookings and VIP guests in conjunction with the Spa Manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

Act as Duty Manager when assigned as part of the rota created by the Spa Director.
