Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hometree Finance, our branch dedicated to helping customers find flexible financing for home energy upgrades. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 23 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. They will be responsible for managing assigned solar partner accounts, driving sales initiatives, and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned solar partner accounts and support sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with solar partners, understanding their needs and providing assistance as required.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and early engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contacts and their specific requirements to support partnership growth.
  • Help identify potential issues and client needs, providing feedback to senior account managers.
  • Work with internal teams to share client insights and support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, free boiler and home emergency cover, discounted gym membership, and cycle to work scheme. We also offer regular team socials and a supportive work environment.
