Shopper Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category and insights leads, brand teams, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, marketing, category, and sales teams, and their agencies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer opportunities for activations and communications.
- Plan and execute awareness-driving launch plans and understand planning timelines for new product launches.
- Develop shopper agency partnerships to create forward-thinking and creative campaigns in partnership with trade.
- Plan and execute key campaigns for the brands with internal and external partners, ensuring brand creative and messaging is translated across the shopper journey.
- Influence trade partners and support presentations by assisting category and sales colleagues.
- Ensure digital and performance marketing is integrated into all relevant campaign plans.
- Manage shopper budget for activation.
- Align to JBP goals and deliverables with the NAMS.
- Evaluate activities and ROI.
- University degree in business, management, or marketing.
- 5 years of shopper marketing experience dealing with commercial teams, customers, and agencies.
- Previous experience in pet care or probiotics is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and good presentation skills on PowerPoint.
- Shopper media articulate and understanding of measurement and analytics.
- Confident, articulate, numerate, analytical, and literate.
- Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for building brands and executing brand activations across retailers.
