Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform shopper marketing decisions.
  4. Manage and optimize shopper marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketing.
Requirements
  1. University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
