Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze shopper insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth
  • Build relationships with key customers, marketing, category, and sales teams
  • Plan and execute key campaigns to drive awareness and sales
  • Manage shopper budget and ensure ROI
  • Evaluate activities and ROI
Requirements
  • University degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of shopper marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales and brand growth
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
