Acquisition Sales Representative

We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team as Acquisition Sales Representatives. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer in-depth training when you first join, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and setting you up for success.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to sell our products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Work towards achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with uncapped commission potential. Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year. You will also receive a car allowance (pro-rata for part-time employees), 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.
