About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Retail Graduate Management Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and excellence in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Experience: Gain hands-on experience in key store roles, starting as a Customer Assistant and working your way up to store management.
  • HR Development: Discover how our HR teams facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of regional departments.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Learn the fundamentals of logistics and warehousing by rotating around our core warehouse areas before joining the warehouse management team.
  • Specialist Route: Choose a specialist route in store, warehouse, or supply chain management to hone your expertise and craft your management experience.
Requirements:
  • A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September , having graduated no earlier than September
  • A full UK driving licence by 1st February
  • To live, or be ready to relocate, within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre
  • To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Assertiveness and confidence in your communication skills
  • The desire to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving, challenging environment
