We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Manager to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in developing the skills and expertise of our store managers.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in managing medium to large sized teams within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our store managers to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in driving compliance and maintaining high standards will be invaluable in this role.

To Be Successful, You Will:

  • Develop and implement effective leadership development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our store managers.
  • Mentor and coach store managers to improve their performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and continuous learning within the organization.

Competitive Salary & Bonus Package: We offer a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus package that rewards your hard work and dedication.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in managing medium to large sized teams within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering KPIs and improving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
