About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC plant and equipment
  • Supervise specialist subcontractors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with building managers and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • FGas Certificate
  • Experience in LTHW heating systems, Air Compressors, Gas Fired Boilers, Steam Boilers, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a customer-focused environment
  • Sound knowledge of safety documentation and procedures
