Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within a commercial building in Central London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in building maintenance and repair. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building's mechanical systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the building's mechanical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Identify and report any issues or defects with mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with other building services engineers to ensure seamless operation of building systems

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanical engineering
  • Experience in building maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of building services systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
