Job Title: Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within our building.

About the Role:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • FGas Certificate
  • Experience with LTHW heating systems, Air Compressors, Gas Fired Boilers, Steam Boilers, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, etc.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
