Lead Engineer – Mechanical and Electrical Capital Maintenance

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our M&E Division of our Property Services department, providing a multi-skilled maintenance service, and to supervise and lead a team of engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of building systems
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Oversee and manage electrical & mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance
  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and management to ensure smooth operation of facilities
  • Review RAMs, estimating, and ordering materials
