We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Administrator to join our team at Three60 Energy. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business services team in the coordination of cost allocation, purchase invoice compliance, sales invoicing, and credit control.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the business services team in the development and delivery of commercial administrative processes.
- Prepare and analyze contract reconciliations and re-charges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interface with customer portals and systems, assist with debtors and credit control, and ensure issues are addressed and cash collection is maximized.
- Process intercompany transactions, including administration of intercompany orders, invoice processing, and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required, ensuring all work is carried out safely in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Formal qualification in a relevant Accountancy or Business qualification (desirable).
- Strong commercial and contract acumen, with experience of using ERP systems (essential).
- Knowledge of working in the Energy Sector (desirable).
- Extensive experience in client invoicing and management of debt (essential).
- Experience in the reconciliation of costs and sales (essential).
- Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude (essential).
- Proven experience of working in an administrator role supporting businesses across multiple entities and service lines (preferable).
- Excellent administrative skills, with strong Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of data (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships (essential).
