IT Business Demand Specialist

Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Demand Specialist to join our team. As an IT Business Demand Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing business demands and contributing to and/or managing business-driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager, and the Area IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from local business departments, teams, and colleagues from the Area IT Europe and global IT.
  • Identify business needs, manage expectations, and leverage our demand process to scope initiatives, derive options, and push for internal alignment and transparent decision-making.
  • Track initiatives throughout execution, ensure initial scope and demand objectives are met, and delivered output hits desired quality baselines.
  • Own local services, apply RB service management principles to ensure end-user satisfaction, security, privacy, efficiency, and local regulatory aspects are met.
  • Drive project planning processes for new demands with stakeholders, align local business needs and demands proactively with the IT Manager, and promote global/regional instead of local IT solutions.
  • Maintain and improve the release planning process for local services, support local IT and/or business projects, and ensure local project tasks deploying global IT services reach highest end-user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT peers to improve, simplify, and limit current services, processes, and tools effectively for a fast and qualified alignment.
  • Ensure professional end-user IT onboarding, IT service communication, and IT security training.
Requirements:
  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on, and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
  • Travel 10-20%.
