Red Bull is seeking an IT Business Demand Specialist to capture business demands and contribute to and/or manage business-driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager, and the Area IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders, identifying business needs and managing expectations.
  • Drive the project planning process for new demands, aligning local business needs with the IT Manager and promoting global/regional IT solutions.
  • Maintain and improve the release planning process for local services, ensuring end-user satisfaction and security.
  • Support local IT and/or business projects, leading defined work-packages and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on, and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
  • Travel 10-20%.
