Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders of the local business departments, teams, and colleagues of the Area IT Europe and the global IT.
  • Drive the project planning process for new demands with stakeholders and align local business needs and demands proactively with the IT Manager.
  • Maintain and improve the release planning process for local services and support the IT Manager in terms of IT budget planning.
  • Coordinate external vendors and partners and ensure the landscape of local services is maintained.
Requirements
  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on, and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding and ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
  • Travel 10-20%.
