At Red Bull, we're looking for an IT Business Demand Specialist to help us capture and deliver local IT solutions that meet the needs of our business departments and teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across local business departments, teams, and colleagues in the Area IT Europe and global IT.
  • Identify business needs, manage expectations, and track initiatives throughout execution to ensure scope and demand objectives are met.
  • Own local services, apply Red Bull service management principles to ensure end-user satisfaction, security, privacy, efficiency, and local regulatory aspects are met.
  • Maintain and develop regular stakeholder alignment, sharing relevant information for IT services and capturing requirements and development ideas.
  • Collaborate with IT peers to improve, simplify, or limit current services, processes, and tools.
  • Ensure professional end-user IT onboarding, regular IT service communication, and creation and maintenance of IT Sharepoint pages.


Requirements:


  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
  • Travel 10-20%.
