Job Summary

This role is a key contributor to our organization, responsible for delivering innovative solutions that drive sales and revenue growth. As a seasoned sales professional, you will leverage your expertise to identify, activate, and convert high-value prospects, ultimately contributing to our company's profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growth through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Evaluate and prioritize accounts based on buying signals and ideal customer profiles, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent sales performance.
  • Develop and execute new customer initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned sales segments.
  • Conduct customer-facing meetings, pitches, and negotiations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools and automation to manage pipeline, forecast business performance, and report progress to goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional revenue streams and contract renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations, best practices, and new products to apply knowledge and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in lead generation, business development, and/or full-cycle consultative sales.
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of the sales process and ability to develop business plans.
  • Experience with program measurement and analytics, including opportunity creation, revenue forecasting, and sales performance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Good judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to drive strategic decisions and leverage resources.
