Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to provide professional and efficient HR transactional and administrative capacity and support to the HR & Compliance Manager and the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR transactional and administrative support to the HR & Compliance Manager and the HR function.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, benefits, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Essential)
  • Experience of working in a HR transactional processing role within a fast-paced HR function (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to colleagues, parents, students, governors, and external agencies (Essential)
  • Proficient IT, administrative, and self-organisation skills, ability to use own initiative, have attention to detail, and work at pace and confidentially (Essential)
