We are seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Assistant/Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Swalcliffe Park School.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the Safer Recruitment policy and procedure is followed
- Maintain the statutorily required Single Central Register, Access Education HR and manual files up to date and legally compliant
- Process Disclosure & Barring Service (and Overseas) Checks and Update Checks for staff
- Maintain the mandatory training matrices, helping identify training renewal needs for staff
- Collaborate with the HR & Compliance Manager and Finance team to make the best use of the Access HR Education system in terms of transactional processing and production of HR metrics and reports
- A CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
- Experience of working in a HR transactional processing role within a fast-paced HR function, preferably in a regulated sector of either Education, Health or Social Care
- Ability to work as part of a staff team in a flexible and professional manner
- A desire and potential to further develop their HR practice and undertake CIPD Level 5, which will be supported by the School
