Pertemps Banbury is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide vital administrative support across all HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs.
* Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

* Strong administrative background with proven experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* CIPD or part CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
