Job Title: Group HR Assistant

Cameo Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and organized Group HR Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide vital administrative support across all HR functions, with a strong focus on supporting the training and recruitment needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training: Organize and coordinate internal and external training needs, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for the Group, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Administration: Provide HR administration support throughout the employee lifecycle, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong Administrative Background: Proven experience in HR administration processes, including onboarding, recruitment, disciplinary, and absence management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Knowledge of HR Employment Practice: Knowledge of HR employment practice, including basic employment law and HR best practice.
  • Valid Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and ability to travel to other sites when required.
