Head of Sales Performance and Development

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth and performance as the **Head of Inside Sales** at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a large inside sales operation, fostering a culture of excellence in sales training, development programs, and executive leadership.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a high-performing team of sales consultants, empowering sales managers and developing strategies for retention, training, and coaching;
- Develop and implement effective CRM campaigns and data-driven initiatives to drive sales performance and generate leads;
- Collaborate with marketing, new business, and business development teams to plan business development programs and sales campaigns;
- Ensure clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets, and performance to promote employee engagement and drive performance;
