As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for defining and driving sales activity, improving operational efficiency, data analysis, and service delivery.

In addition, you will ensure alignment between sales operations and overall sales strategies, embed CRM usage into the team, and support Underwriter development through mentoring and training.

A competitive salary of up to £120K (Negotiable depending on experience) and a lucrative bonus are offered to the successful candidate.
