Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Funding to lead our fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships to support our mission.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of young people. As Head of Strategic Funding, you will be responsible for leading the development of our strategic funding efforts, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and securing significant funding to support our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our strategic funding efforts, working closely with our Chief Fundraising Officer to develop and refine our strategy in response to market conditions and stakeholder needs.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including trusts, foundations, high net worth individuals, and government funders to secure significant funding.
- Manage and motivate a team of fundraising professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in fundraising and strategic partnerships, with a track record of success in securing significant funding.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
