**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Compliance Manager to join the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team at Argyll and Bute Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of the Council's Fleet operations, staff training, and Service Asset Management planning and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with colleagues across the Council to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team in the management of the Council's Fleet operations
  • Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies and plans
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on fleet management best practices
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of Service Asset Management planning and performance
