**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team at Argyll and Bute Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fleet management operations, staff training, and service asset management planning and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and fleet management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality support to the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team in ensuring the effective and efficient overall management of fleet operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for staff training and service asset management planning and performance.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and address any issues or concerns related to fleet management.
