Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team at Argyll and Bute Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of our fleet operations, staff training, and Service Asset Management planning and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fleet, Waste and Transport Team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality fleet management services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work closely with the Service Asset Management team to ensure that fleet operations are aligned with council policies and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
