Supportive Educator for Students with Special Needs

As a teacher working with students with special educational needs, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student will be essential in ensuring they receive the support and care they require.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing individualized lesson plans to cater to students' diverse learning styles
* Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction to meet their unique needs
* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods
* Providing emotional support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Salary Range:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that this is a general estimate and may vary based on factors such as location and specific job requirements.
