About the Role:

  • Provide learning support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and dressing, where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people requiring personal care is essential.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive school environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary based on experience (£30,000 - £40,000 per annum).
  • A long-term contract with the option of extending or 'as and when'.
