We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team at a mainstream school in Loughborough.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support, and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Main Responsibilities:- Support students in the classroom, small groups and one-to-one settings, promoting inclusive learning environments.
- Implement individualized learning plans to help students achieve their full potential, fostering a growth mindset.
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance lesson planning and delivery, ensuring student needs are met.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience working with children, prioritizing student well-being.
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN, driving positive outcomes.
- A competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, reflecting the demands of this role.
