Job Title: Document Control Professional

About You

You will work as a document control professional with over 15 years of experience in managing document control systems within large-scale engineering projects. Your strong background in project documentation processes, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is highly valued. You have extensive knowledge of document management software (new PRODOM or similar) and experience establishing, monitoring, and maintaining rigorous documentation systems.

You are detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive in identifying and addressing issues within document control processes. As a fluent English speaker, you are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various technical disciplines and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Document Control Management System (new PRODOM)
  • Develop and maintain a structured document control process
  • Create a filing system and enforce quality and compliance standards for documentation
  • Monitor contractor document submissions and provide essential project information for weekly and monthly reports
  • SUPPORT project teams in using new PRODOM and maintain records for all transmitted documents

Location: London or Paris during the FEED phase, transitioning to the EPC Contractor location as the project advances.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Company:

The Conventional Gas & Condensates field project, managed by the Joint Operating Company, is an international initiative located offshore in Azerbaijan's Caspian Sea. This project aims to supply natural gas to the domestic market via the Sangachal main facilities and to the international market through the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
