What You Will Work On:
As a member of our multi-disciplinary Mental Health and Addictions Team, you will provide comprehensive services within a psycho-social rehabilitation framework to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use problems. You will work with individuals or groups to provide direct care, including supportive counseling, risk assessment, and crisis intervention. You will also participate in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans via an outreach methodology for assigned clients.
Scheduling Information:
The shifts for this position are days, evenings, and nights, with varying start and end times.
