We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Nelson. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides 24/7 care and support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, community outings, and daily living activities, enabling our clients to live as independently as possible.



This is a part-time position with a 24/7 roster, including overnight shifts and alternate weekends. We offer competitive pay rates, starting at $70,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Our Support Workers receive comprehensive training and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
