Senior Land Use Planner

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Land Use Planner to join our team at Austin Fraser in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Land Use Planner, you'll play a key role in managing planning applications, advising clients, and contributing to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in town planning and extensive experience in the field. Chartered status or working towards it is beneficial. A UK driving licence is necessary.
This position involves overseeing planning applications, providing expert guidance to clients, assisting in securing new business, and maintaining knowledge of local planning policies. You'll conduct research on local plans, attend planning committee meetings, and support fellow team members.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000 depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus, hybrid working arrangement, 27 days' annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and training & development opportunities.
