We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Bupa. About the Role

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £98 per hour, plus various benefits and incentives. As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers, developing and implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration and resident progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • NVQ3 in care or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills
