Job Summary

We are seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Programme Coordinator to join our Magic Moments Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating personalised activities programmes that boost the wellbeing, independence, and social engagement of our residents.

About the Role

The Wellbeing and Activities Programme Coordinator will work closely with residents, their families, and our care staff to understand individual needs and preferences. You will inspire and motivate residents to participate in meaningful engagements, assist in assessing their needs, and build relationships to develop tailored care plans and activities.

You will spend individual time with residents, care staff, and relatives to create engaging activities that reflect their interests and hobbies. Your role will also involve supporting the delivery of stimulation and activities to meet residents' individual needs, as well as assisting in developing community links and arranging trips and excursions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate residents to participate in activities.
  • Assess resident needs through meetings and collaboration with care staff and family members.
  • Build relationships with residents and families to develop tailored care plans and activities.
  • Create personalised activities programmes that cater to individual interests and needs.
  • Support the delivery of stimulation and activities to meet residents' individual needs.
  • Develop community links and arrange trips and excursions to enhance residents' experiences.
