About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
  • Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels.
  • Support and lead a team, handle administrative tasks, and build a strong team culture.
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

A typical day in this role will involve working shifts at one of our operational sites, where your main focus will be on maintaining safety standards while promoting efficiency and productivity.
